Price changes
BLA reserves the right to change prices. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process. Indicated prices include taxes, but exclude shipping- and administration costs. All payments must meet the payment instructions as given on this website

Errors
Please note that BLA is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors. BLA always holds the right to cancel orders.

Change of product assortment
BLA reserves the right to change its merchandise availability on the site and to remove items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.

Product information
We do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However, as we are only human, we reserve the right that unintentional errors may occur. Colors on your computer screen are not always 100 % accurate.

Merchandise on this website can only be sold to individuals, purchases by third party companies are not allowed and/or accepted.

Washing instructions
Customers must read and follow the washing instructions for each product as indicated on this website. BLA cannot be held responsible for any damage done by washing the merchandise in any way.

Damage during transportation
If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact us.

Shipping
We ship worldwide. In terms of payment, we accept Paypal and direct money transfers. Making purchases in our webshop is secure (SSL). We use state of the art technology to keep your credit card information safe. 
Prices are stated in EURO.
Merchandise is being shipped to the given address when the payment is successfully completed. BLA reserves to right to decline a delivery in any case needed. When BLA is unable to ascertain the permanent or temporary customer address, the order cannot be accepted.
BLA does its best to ship merchandise as fast as possible. In case a delivery take longer than expected or indicated, indemnity is not possible.
BLA will confirm any order by email. Cancelled and/or interrupted orders are incomplete and therefor not accepted, even if the customers has received an order confirmation email. BLA will try to contact the customers, to complete the order nonetheless.

Customs
Customers are responsible for the legal importation of the merchandise. When buying at BLA, the customer has to meet the laws and regulation of the country of destination. The customers is also financial responsible for any given international import taxes and fees; BLA does not control nor is responsible for these costs.

Returns and refunds
The customer reserves the right to return an item (except items on sale) within 14 days after receipt, if items are undamaged, unworn and unwashed. If the returned merchandise does not fit these standards, BLA is entitled to decline a refund. After returning the merchandise, the purchase will be cancelled and the customer will receive his of her payment back. BLA does not refund shipping costs. After 14 days after receipt, we cannot refund your purchase. Items on sale can not be returned. See our return policy for more information.
After receipt and acceptation of the returned merchandise, BLA will try to refund within 30 days. BLA cannot be held responsible for delayed refunds.

Incorrect items
In case of delivery of an incorrect item, BLA will refund the merchandise cost (excluding delivery costs). When purchasing a new item, BLA will pay for the delivery costs of this item (if purchased within 30 days).

Force majeur
BLA cannot be held responsible for any delay, cancellation or other discomfort caused by force majeur. If BLA is unable to deliver or refund, caused by force majeur, the customer will receive an email about this as soon as possible.
