Return Policy

Please read our return policy for information about returning items. If you still have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@shopbla.com
To return items, please note the following:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt.
  • Items on sale can not be returned (except for items bought with a discount code).
  • Merchandise must be undamaged when arriving.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All returns must be made by post.
  • All BLA tags must remain on items. Please note: if you remove the BLA tag on your item, we’re not able to refund your return.

If the returned merchandise does not fit these standards, BLA is entitled to decline a refund. Furthermore, items on sale cannot be returned. Items with ‘non-returnable’ written in their description on our site, cannot be returned.

How to return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these instructions below:

  • Send an email to info@shopbla.com with a description of the purchased merchandise and reason of return.

Refunds
We’ll try to refund your payment within 30 days. Please note that some banks may take slightly longer to process your refund. If you think your refund is taking too long, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@shopbla.com. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund both original shipping charges and shipping charges made to return the merchandise.
In case you’ve received an incorrect item, BLA will refund the shipping charges made to return the merchandise, but not the original shipping costs. However, we will pay for the shipping costs when a new item is purchased (within 30 days).
Any possible international taxes, duties, etc. are non-refundable.

Please read the following to learn about our privacy policy. In this policy, except as otherwise indicated, customers and other persons using our services are individually and collectively referred to as “you”, “your” or “customer(s)”. BLA and its affiliates are referred to as “BLA”, ‘’our services’’, “we”, “us” and “our.”
This privacy policy only covers blvintage.com and does not cover any other website. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

All the information we collect is specifically asked for during your purchase and/or registration and signup for our newsletter. This way we collect your full name, phone number, shipping and billing address, and email address. When a purchase is made, we also ask for your payment method details.

We take the privacy of our customers very seriously. Therefor, your information will be handled with extreme care and discretion. Personal information will not be forwarded or shared with any third parties, or used for promotion or marketing of any third-party service. BLA will only use your personal data to process your order, to notify you about important functionality changes and for statistical or survey purposes to improve this website and our services to you. You may contact us at info@shopbla.com to request that we remove your information from our database.

When you have signed up for our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you this newsletter. If you wish to unsubscribe and stop receiving our newsletter in the future, you can click the ‘unsubscribe’ button. You will then receive an email that confirms that you’ve unsubscribed from our newsletter.

What about the involvement of third-party companies and sites?
As previously stated, no personal data from our customers will be shared in any way with third-party sites and companies, without approval of our customers. We may, however, include third-party links on our website. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies.
