Do I need to register to shop?
No, you don’t need an account to shop at BLA. Though, we suggest you to register since it will speed up your ordering process and allows you to keep track of your orders.
How do I register?
You can make an account when purchasing an item in our store or simply go to ‘My Account’ to register as a new customer. Your personal details won’t be shared with any other companies. We recommend you to make an account since it provides you make a wishlist (and mail it to a friend) and keep track of your purchased items. It will only make your shopping experience more simple, fast and fun!
Will I receive a lot of spam from you when registering?
No worries, we hate spam as much as you do. The only ‘stalking material’ we provide will be our newsletter with all the new goodies and more fun stuff. You can always unsubscribe yourself, by simply clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’-button on the bottom of our newsletter.
I forgot my password, what now?
If you forgot the password of your account, just click on the ‘Lost password?’-button and you’ll receive an email with instruction on how to reset your password. Easy does it!
Where do I register for the newsletter?
When you visit our website, there will be a box shown where you can fill in your mail address to sign up for the newsletter. After you’ve done this, you will receive a confirmation mail saying your registration is accepted and completed.
What kind of information will the newsletter provide?
Our monthly newsletter will inform you about our latest arrivals and highlighted pieces. It will also give you a sneak peek of our latest projects and provide you with news, fun info and possibly sale codes for discount on future purchases on our site.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We will do our very best to process your order as quickly as possible. Most orders, if available, will ship within two business days. Shipping time will vary due to the shipping location. Packages within the Netherlands have a shipping time of approximately 1-2 days, unless otherwise noted. Packages within the rest of Europe have a shipping time of approximately a week, apart from any international import procedures. Shipments to England have a shipping time up to 9 days, shipments to the United Stated have a shipping time up to 14 days (excl. import procedures). Furthermore, we don’t ship during weekend or holidays.
I think there’s a problem with my order, what do I do?
After placing an order, you will always receive a confirmation email. After shipment, we will send another email providing your track & trace code if available. If you did not receive these emails, or if you feel like your order is taking too long, don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. We will do our very best to help you as much as possible!
How do I cancel/change an order or an item from my order?
Please contact us asap at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to cancel or change anything from your order. If the item hasn’t been shipped yet, we can process your cancelation or change your order.
How do you ship your items?
We ship our items using Post NL postal service. For more info on shipping costs please check out the ‘Shipping’ section.
Will there be any extra costs besides the payment and shipping costs?
We don’t charge any extra costs besides the payment and shipping costs for your item as shown during your order. But there may be international import duties and taxes on a shipment reaching your country. These costs may vary depending on the amount of merchandise and country to which the order is being shipped. BLA is not responsible for these costs (or the delay caused by import procedures), nor do we profit from these costs in any way possible. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
4. RETURNING ITEMS
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please send an email including your order number and address to email@example.com. Check out our return policy for further details.
Do I always get a refund on my returns?
If the returned item meets the conditions as stated in our return policy, your payment will be refunded asap. If not, we have the right to decline your refund. You will always be informed about this through an email. Items on sale cannot be returned.
Do I have to pay for returns?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a free returns service to our customers, unless you received an incorrect item. Check out our return policy for further details.
I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
Oops, (probably) our bad. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you asap to fix it. Any additional costs for changing the item (within 30 days), will be payed for by BLA after we’ve received the item and a copy of your proof of postage.
I returned an item, how long will my refund take?
We’ll try to refund your payment within 30 days. Please note that some banks may take slightly longer to process your refund. If you think your refund is taking way too long, don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
Can I return items that are on sale?
Please note that items bought on sale can not be returned.
5. OTHER QUESTIONS
I really like a customized item, but it’s not the right size for me or it’s sold out. What do I do?
If there’s a customized item that you really like, but that isn’t available (in your size), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will see if we can make a similar item in your size and keep you updated through email.
I’m unsure about the size and fit of an item, but I really like it. What do I do?
If, for any reason, you would like more information about the size and fit of any item, don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com. We’ll be happy to provide you with further information.
Can I buy your items anywhere else?
Currently, our unique vintage pieces are sold only on www.shopbla.com. In the future we see possibilities to sell our items through different resellers. Sign up for our newsletter to stay posted!
Are there any BLA stores?
For now, BLA is an online-only fashion store. But who knows what the future will bring…
